When you have an active product or service, it's natural to enquire about the status of the service and when it's next due date!
You can find this information in different places, first in the Services -> My products and services section of your customer area.
Active service statement
The periodically generated service statement is another place where you can get an overview of your current active services:
- "Statement" tab of the customer area
- The Service Statement sent periodically by email (you can also find them at any time under the Statements tab in the client space, as mentioned above)
Service and network status
To know the status of the service quickly, you can consult the network status page and locate at a glance the server providing the service in question. You will need to be logged into your customer account to view this page.
- Network status (all services)
Detailed history of each service
You can also examine a complete report on the availability of the various servers by visiting the "network" page of the server, under the following template:
- network.SERVER.kajoom.net
By taking care to replace "SERVER" with the name of the server to check, for example:
- SRV1: network.srv1.kajoom.net
- SRV2: network.srv2.kajoom.net
- SRV3: network.srv3.kajoom.net
- SANDY1: network.sandy1.kajoom.net
- SANDY3: network.sandy3.kajoom.net
And so on for each server...
This rule applies especially to web hosting servers since the other types of servers do not all have a "network" page as described.
External Network Monitoring Pages
Note that if a web server (HTTP) is unavailable, its "network" page will not be available either. In this case, you can go back to the external network monitoring page, to put in your favorite bookmarks!
- SRV1
- SRV2
- SRV3: (future reference)
- CLOUD
- SANDY1: (coming soon)
- SANDY3: (reference to come)
Please note that in the event of a breakdown in a service, one of our technicians is notified immediately and will begin to resolve the problem. It is therefore unnecessary in most cases to contact us to let us know. If in doubt, however, do not hesitate to do so, we are here for that ;)
