Email accounts are included in all our standard web hosting packages. You can manage your email accounts through the DirectAdmin control panel. For example, if you have the domain 'mydomain.com', you can create email addresses ending in '@mydomain.com'.
Email Checklist
Here is a quick reference of the settings used with your KAJOOM email account
Webmail
You have access to Webmail at all time using these links:
- RoundCube webmail: https://srv1.kajoom.net/webmail
- Kajoom Cloud webmail*: https://cloud.kajoom.net/webmail

NOTE!
You can also access RoundCube webmail through your domain address by adding "/webmail" to your domain.
example: DOMAIN.COM/webmail
Messaging Software
- To configure email in an external software, Outlook or Mobile phone:
- Username: (complete email address eg. my.name@domain.com)
Password: (your password as originally defined)
Incoming Server: mail.srv1.kajoom.net
- Choose a secure connection by selecting SSL/TLS on port 993 (if in POP mode: port 995)
Outgoing Server: mail.srv1.kajoom.net
- Choose a secure connection by selecting STARTTLS on port 587
Replace Mail.srv1.kajoom.net with your server address if different!
